Understanding the Talents of your salespeople is crucial for coaching and development. We help managers build a unique coaching plan for each person on their team based on their individual talents.
The IMP Workshop is completed during a series of five, 40-minute calls, or may be done face-to-face. Participation in the workshop includes:
- A complete introduction to Talent Services, including a look at the science behind the interview and the talent themes that we measure.
- A look at the results of each person’s Talent Assessment and building a unique coaching plan for each person.
- Discussion of the behaviors you are currently coaching and the talents behind those behaviors,and designing some specific strategies to manage those behaviors while maximizing their innate Talents.
- Completion of the entire Individualized Management Plan, which includes Talent Development notes, Individualized Management Questionnaire responses and actions, and principle coaching strategies. We will also talk about how to execute and support the plans through coaching reminders and the resource center.
A completed Profit Center Manager Interview for the sales manager and Sales Talent Interview for each of your salespeople is a pre-requisite for this workshop. (Additional Charge)
