Prior to joining the company in 2006, Matt worked closely with The Center for Sales Strategy as the Group Director of Sales Development for Susquehanna Radio Corp. Matt joined The Center for Sales Strategy to share his expert guidance with other businesses and was appointed Executive Vice President at The Center for Sales Strategy in 2010.

Matt is a St. Louis native, and a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia. If you are familiar with CSS, you may know Matt’s wife, Beth Sunshine, who serves as the VP Talent Services for The Center for Sales Strategy. She has been with the company since 2004 and married to Matt since 1991. They have twin girls Allie and Emily.
