Mindy’s position as Talent Analyst provides her with the opportunity to fulfill her passion for discovering talents and helping clients build teams steeped in excellence.

Mindy graduated from the Henry W. Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communication at The University of Georgia in 1997.  After graduation, she launched a career in television news.  The curiosity that drove Mindy to investigate and write compelling news stories inspires her to discover everything she can about people and their talents. 

Before joining CSS, Mindy established a career in television news as a writer and producer in Augusta, Georgia.   In less than a year, Mindy advanced to the producer and writer for the 5 pm newscast.  Through research, restructuring and vast improvements to the newscast, Mindy and her team were able to clench the #1 rated newscast ranking in the market.  Mindy applies her media expertise and love of coaching others to her role as talent analyst.

Mindy and her husband, Carter, along with their son and daughter reside in Augusta, Georgia, home of the Masters Golf tournament.  Mindy enjoys traveling with her family, reading, hiking and tennis.  She spends her other spare time volunteering at her church and children’s school.  When football season rolls around, Mindy and her family, head to Athens on the weekends to cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs.
