For over 20 years Dean has been helping his clients deploy people, process and technology to generate, nurture and close qualified sales opportunities. He is an expert in both B2B Sales and Inbound Marketing practices. He believes that the most important element of any go-to-market strategy is to first have a well-defined process and then to deploy that process with disciplined execution.

As Director of Client Solutions at LeadG2 (A division of The Center for Sales Strategy), Dean is focused on helping companies navigate the changing world of B2B selling. There has been a fundamental shift in the way people buy. Consequently, having a cohesive inbound marketing strategy is no longer a nice-to-have. It can be the difference between missing and exceeding your sales targets.

Prior to LeadG2, Dean served as Director of Sales Operations for TelAffects, a provider of outsourced inside sales support. In this role Dean helped support the sales pipeline development and revenue growth objectives of some of the premier brands in the Technology and Financial Services verticals. Dean wore several hats as a key member of the management team for this start-up organization. His duties included Sales, Client Services, Call Center Operations, Training and Quality Management.

Dean was born and raised in the state of Washington and is a graduate of Washington State University. However, since graduating in 1984, he; his wife; and their six kids have made their home in the Orlando, FL area. Dean’s passion for making a positive impact is not limited to his career and family. In 2008 he co-founded Hungry Sunday Ministries. Hungry Sunday’s mission is to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless men, women and children who live on streets of downtown Orlando.
